Modern flour production consists of stages, which can be grouped into two groups: preparation and grinding. Each stage is important to get a quality product. Technological production of flour today consists of:

  • wet processing of grain mass;

Modern flour production technology includes two main stages, each of which consists of a number of measures. Therefore, the method of wet peeling is used for cleaning today.
